This training module will consist of a 50-minute lecture portion and a 1hr 40-minute inspection activity off-site. In the lecture, you will learn the basic requirements for doing a 13645 WDO inspection in Florida. We will discuss tools, pests, methods, and Florida baseline practices. These principles will also apply to those from other states that use either the NPMA-33 form or a WDIIR form. In the second part of the class, we will take a field trip where each group will complete a 13645 inspection of a structure and then we will review the findings.
