The information to be given at the WolfPack Summit will provide the Inspectors with the ability to add into their repertoire HUD (Housing and Urban Development) inspections. The basics are that Manufactured Homes need to be inspected for HUD Compliance when a new loaner a Federally backed loan is processed to buy a Manufactured Home, You will make more money, the inspection time and processing time is minimal, turn-around time is less than 48 hours and you will have a very happy client. This is the time to get an Engineering Certification done fast, easily and lucratively!

Hud Tie Down Certifications with Harold Van Dyk & Patrick Conroy
This class will provide the training needed in order to conduct the fieldwork for HUD Compliance Certifications of Manufactured Homes. (Commonly known among lenders as “Permanent Foundation Certifications”). The course will also cover the fieldwork for conducting the additions certification. This is an in-depth class as to the principles and criteria involved concerning HUD-approved foundations and additions. Manufactured Home Certification’s engineer, Patrick Conroy, will be personally teaching this class. Pat is an experienced teacher having taught high school, taught other engineers and student engineers how to conduct bridge certifications, and is a licensed flight instructor. No special tools or equipment outside of what a home inspector already has/uses are needed in order to conduct the fieldwork. The fieldwork for these certifications takes around 30 to 40 minutes to conduct, including the 10 minutes needed to upload the data and pics into the web portal. Your profit is between $250 and $450 per job depending on the certifications ordered and your fees to the client.
